Shipping & Local Pickup Policy

Michelle Marie Unboxed currently ships orders within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Michelle Marie Unboxed is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by request and at select locations.

Michelle Marie Unboxed delivers order to our partner locations and pickup points once per week.  When local pickup is available, it will appear as an option during checkout.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order has been prepared and delivered to the selected location.

Most products are available for pickup within 24 hours, however certain handmade items such as creams, body butters, and scrubs may require additional preparation time.

We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
