Due to the nature of our small-batch handmade products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can make it right.
We may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
Because our products are personal care and fragrance items, we cannot accept returns on used or opened prducts.
